1. Event and Workshop Cancellations
a. Cancellation by You:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled event or workshop, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking within 3 to 6 days of the event or workshop, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of the event or workshop, or fail to attend, no refund will be provided.
b. Cancellation by The Book Bootcamp:
- If we need to cancel an event or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future event or workshop.
2. Refund Process
- Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at info@thebookbootcamp.co.in with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Rescheduling
- Requesting a Reschedule: If you are unable to attend the event or workshop you booked, you may request to reschedule to a different date. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible for all events or workshops. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital Products: Any digital materials, such as e-books or downloadable content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Special Promotions: Bookings made under special promotions, discounts, or offers may be non-refundable or have different terms. Please refer to the specific terms of the promotion at the time of booking.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies: If you or your child is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request medical documentation and offer a refund or reschedule at our discretion.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, The Book Bootcamp reserves the right to modify the refund policy based on the situation.
